What I Did:1. Picture taken very overexposed
2. Opened in Elements
3. Used the Adjust Lighting
4. Used Levels
5. Saturated with color
6. Looks a little too worked on so probably going to work on dialing it back but I'm not sure if it looks too worked when you look at the picture alone. Looks really worked in comparison.
